Parents Helping Parents

Support, information, and training for families of children and adults with any disability or diagnosis: one-on-one consultations by appointment, support groups, webinars, a resource directory, an Early Start team for ages 0–5, and Connections California help with the transition to adulthood. PHP is Santa Clara County’s Family Resource Center for the regional center.
