Bay Area Legal Aid’s San Jose office serves Santa Clara County. For help with a legal problem involving housing, public benefits, or consumer law, call the Legal Advice Line; for health care access problems or unfair medical billing, call the Health Consumer Center; legal clinics are also offered. The Legal Advice Line provides counsel and advice on a range of civil legal issues (BayLegal does not provide help with criminal matters).
