Immigration Legal Services

Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County’s Immigration Legal Services, established in 1976, provides a broad range of immigration counseling and representation to immigrants and their families, fostering family reunification through family-based immigration help. The agency is recognized by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and its staff members are accredited to provide immigration counseling and representation. A second office in Gilroy serves clients who are residents of Gilroy, San Martin and Morgan Hill (7415 Eigleberry, Ste. 102 & 103, Gilroy, CA 95020; phone (408) 842-4808).
