Community Services Agency (CSA) is the community’s safety net in Mountain View, Los Altos and Los Altos Hills, providing food help through its Food & Nutrition Center and food distributions at its main site at 204 Stierlin Road. CSA serves individuals and families on low or fixed incomes, people who are homeless, and seniors.
