Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Interest Lists
SCCHA offers voucher programs and rental properties that help make rental housing safe and affordable for over 20,000 low-income families and individuals. Through the Applicant Portal you can join SCCHA’s Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) interest lists; voucher participants generally pay about 30% of their income toward rent and SCCHA subsidizes the remaining amount.
