Low-income households behind on their energy bill

Match My Payment is a one-time enrollment program that offers income-eligible PG&E customers a dollar-for-dollar match on a past-due utility bill, up to $1,000, applied directly to the customer’s PG&E account. The administrator’s page states the program is currently closed to new enrollments.

REACH provides an energy credit applied directly to your PG&E bill of up to $800 toward the past-due portion of the bill. PG&E contracts with Dollar Energy Fund to process applications, and funding is first-come, first-served and subject to availability.
