Water Rate Assistance Program (WRAP) — Sacred Heart Community Service / Valley Water
WRAP provides direct financial assistance to income-eligible households to pay their water bills, through a partnership between Sacred Heart Community Service and the Santa Clara Valley Water District. Funds are paid directly to the water provider to prevent service disconnection.
