Older adults living in long-term care facilities

The California Department of Aging’s Santa Clara County listing names Catholic Charities, at the John XXIII Multi-Services Center in San Jose, as the county’s Long-Term Care Ombudsman provider. Ombudsmen advocate for people living in nursing homes and residential care facilities and look into concerns about their care.
